("FNF", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the FNF Drops mobile app. FNF Drops is our app for exclusive product drops and reservations, available on Google Play (com.fnfapp.reservations) and the App Store. 1Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to run the app and give you access to drops. This includes:
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, and the password you set when you create an account.
- Profile and preferences: settings you choose, such as the drops or brands you follow and your notification preferences.
- Activity in the app: the drops you view, reservations or entries you make, your place on a waitlist, and messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, and a device identifier.
- Push notification token: a token that lets us send you alerts about drops you follow.
- Usage and diagnostics: how you interact with the app, along with crash reports and performance data that help us find and fix problems.
- Approximate location: a general region derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
2How We Use Your Information
- Create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- Show you drops, take reservations and waitlist entries, and manage access to releases.
- Send you notifications about drops you follow and about your account. You can turn these off in your device or app settings.
- Respond to your questions and provide support.
- Improve the app, understand which features are used, and fix bugs and crashes.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Meet our legal obligations.
We only send marketing messages if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
3How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. We use Google Firebase to run the app, including authentication, database and storage, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
- App platforms. Google Play and the Apple App Store handle app distribution and, where relevant, push delivery.
- Legal reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If FNF is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the new owner, who will be bound by this policy.
4Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as long as we need it to provide the app. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except for records we are required to keep by law or need to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
5Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and the app runs on Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard security. Passwords are handled through secure authentication and are not stored in plain text. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.
6Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your account and personal information.
- Opt out of marketing messages and turn off push notifications.

7Deleting Your Account and Data
You can request deletion of your FNF Drops account and all associated personal data at any time. Email info@fnfapp.com from the address on your account, or use the account deletion option in the app where available. We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days, unless we are required to keep certain records by law. Some anonymized, aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained.
8Children's Privacy
FNF Drops is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us at info@fnfapp.com and we will remove it.
9International Users
FNF Technologies Inc. is based in North America, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those where you live. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.
10Third-Party Links
The app may link to other sites or services, such as our merch store or social channels. This policy does not cover those third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
